thanks for all advice, brakes are now ordered so i will post up next week how i get on with them.

The disc retaining bolt can be a bastid, I have used a cold chisel before, order new ones to be sure.
you'll need new calliper bolts for the front as you need to remove these to change discs and there one use.
Make sure you have a big assed bar as they should be tight as. the nipples for bleeding the Brembo's are 11mm which is an unusual size.

caliper bolts are'nt one time use.
they're not stretch bolts.

do you have a link to the required tool or know where i can get one?

cheers

I've found the serrated washer teeth get crushed on torquing once so not willing to take the risk with such an integral part

I was talking caliper to carrier bolts.
loctite is used on the carrier to hub bolts

badgerwagen uses its original mounting bolts and several brake kits later they still are on their once torqued up and loctited in.

lol i am abit confused?

am i ok to re-use current bolts, washers screws etc

seems like i just need some loctite and i am away? what about the tool suggested? or if i can use a chisle is there a thread with any pics i can find to let me know what i am chisling?

cheers again
