OZ Racing Super Turismo GT 16

Will these OZ Racing Super Turismo GT wheels, size 7x16 and ET: 37 fit over Brembo brakes.

Have tried searching - 7x17 fit but no word on the 16" versions.

I'm not sure they will mate. The original Super Turismo's supplied on the Cupra R were machined especially to accommodate the Brembo's. I'm pretty sure the 16" Super Turismo's you'd buy from any other supplier won't fit over them.
