hi all, today the emissions light came up on the dash of the cupra, so we called the dealership.

now the guy i spoke to said come in straight away and they will check it out.

anyway, to cut a long story short, despite no-one knowing who i had spoken to, within an hour (yes an hour) they had run diagnostics, found the coolant sensor is at fault and fitted a new one, fed the girlie coffee, let her use the bathroom, cheered her up by taking the rip out of me (all in good fun i add, i laughed) and all under warrenty.

Oh and Parkstones are gr8 all sorted out in 45minutes including 4brake pad changes!!

£260 but worth it!!

Nope!! The light came back on now they want to change the coolant bottle with the coolant temp level sensor?! Could it be anything else?!

Might aswell just have a full service on it!!
