Having a clear out of the garage as moving house and came across these that I bought as spares with my MK1 Golf which has long gone, are they any good for my MK3 Ibiza Cupra? I have 3 boxes with 2 in each

ok, I think the guy said they were for a mk2 golf but would fit on a mk1 also, it says £5 on the boxes is this about the right price to sell them on
I know theyre some sort of suspension as it says on the box lol, but do they need anything else to become full set and are they any good

any advice appreciated
