Hey,

I was looking through the VW Performance website and came across Greg Howell who has taken a TDi Caddy and used parts on his Ibiza 2.0 GTi 8v. Anybody know any more information on the performance he gained from this or what he used as I never picked up the issue?

Is this the copper caddy on air ride with a 2.0 8v engine in? If thats the case hes taken the whole engine from it

i was thinkin that he had just taken parts from the vs and not transplanted the whole engine,

main reason being i think he had improved the performance of the seat by using the parts from the tdi caddy. as there is a number of ppl telling me to refer to taking parts from a tdi to make my gti 2.0 8v faster but guess not

No idea mate. Will the manifold fit........Turbo

i'm pretty sure the manifold does fit but would imagine you would need to get a different turbo

so then in theory if the manifold fits then would make it a hell of a lot easier to turbo a 2.0 8v gti. only thing would then be intercooler, oil feeds, different turbo, remap. any other parts you think can be used from the tdi????
