Passenger window runners

Ok, was winding my window up yesterday and it fell of the runners.
After taking the door card off it appears that the white plastic clips have broken. is this a common problem?

do a search on window regulators - there's loads of info about this - very common

Got the part now, £71 lighter.
Athough went to fit it and they have given me one for a 5 door, argh!!!
