Thanks mate had the wheels sprayed dark grey and got new brakes im putting on soon painted yellow. I'll post some pics soon.

where are you getting your exhaust fitted?? you will love it when its fitter big smiles
hopefully you find it dont slip anymore or smell like it is.
I was going to get a mate to fit the exhaust in that garage at the top of london road st-leonards but im going to do it myself as i enjoy doing things like that myself doing it at work in a big shed only thing putting me off is i plan to do it with the car on axle stands.
Was going to turn round when i saw you last in pett/fairlight but i wanted to enjoy the next two corners and i think you would have been long gone by the time i turned round lol.
what brakes did you get?
yeah im the same when i fitted my fmic i was well chuffed when it started up and actually worked
it cant be that hard 2 fit the exhaust might be a pain on axle stands tho! Im sure we will get 2 meet one of these days rather than keep passing each other
i went for the audi tt brake conversion with ferodo ds2500 pads but still not sure what discs 2 go for??

is that a milltek cat-back? if it is looks like you may of had the pre-facelift mk4 version sent to you...they did this with me and it looks similar to mine...i changed it for the facelift version and it sits further out from the bumper than the pre-facelift
