Do the full bypass 112 and 249 to eliminate these possible faults
Have you scanned everything ? Coolant temp sensor? As that will hold back boost if fubar
N75 plumbed in right ? If not it will only run at actuator pressure 8-10 psi

Fixed the problem found out it was my filter causing the t.i.p to suck in (that sucks) had a cda full filter system so had to split the filter and put the filter alone in going to have to go to the shop on mond and buy a cheepy can anyone give me a good open filter that works well with 20vt's cheers for everyones help though!
