SEM Gen1 manifold on there with its R32 t'body, muchos tight fit as is everything on this install.

we're getting there. it does'nt look like much for a whole weekends work, but these builds are on-off-on-off-on whilst checking the pipe work fits, other parts still fit, before final tig welding things together. full 63mm pipework from turbo out.

what diameter are the bends you use? currently making a set for a friends car. can you get 15mm od stainless 45degree bends?
 
have a browse thru Aalco fittings hooch - thats where I have bought most of my fittings previously.
for water pipes to and from turbo, 3/8" Stainless tube I use, which I tube bend to shape from lengths I have here.

As much as possible is done in hardpipe. longest single piece of chargepipe I have made yet, lol.
keeps joiners to a minimum.. eveyr join is a possible weakness/leak in service. just 4 joins in this lot and 2 hardpipes
 
couple more.. final oil drain and coolant feeds..
off the car again prior to sending to Zircotec for ceramic coating.
