I have flashed over the top with the disc to get a smoother cleaner surface ready for zircotecs ceramic coating, which when its applied, will be a smoother look afterwards also.
zircotec will shotblast the surface as prep for the flame spray zirconium coating.
the downpipe is a combination of mig and Tig, so flatting down the mig'd bits just makes it look better in the end.. albeit not better at the moment in its raw state
 
Bill - I'd be worried about the length of that charge pipe and the engine movement working away at the hoses. IMHO. Meebe a hump hose on the turbo side of the intercooler, depending on sizes.

Mind you ANY engine movement in there would be an issue it's so tight :D Nice work.

Its got silicon each end.. and will get some race VT mounts in there given its power spec and snug fut nature.. :hide:

worth considering tho.. point noted. :thumbup:

update.. back from zircotec now. pre-assembled to check and finish oil drain line before final build onto car when engine mounts come back this next coming week
