power steering issues

Hi all,
The last few weeks i've noticed my steering's been a bit tight left and right. When turning it seems a bit more difficult than normal but nothing too bad. Today I went round a corner and the power steering just gave up and I pulled over. I turned the car off then back on and it was fine.
Also, the brake fluid light's been coming on occasionally even though the brakes work fine. I called SEAT about that and they said it was probably just low pads.

Any ideas on the steering?

Low fluid...Pump on the way out...

The Mk3 Ibiza doesn't have wear sensors so the brake issue isn't pad wear.. it might well be low fluid though.

Get someone with Vag-Com to check for logged faults related to power steering.
