Rear wiper

i realise that it is a common fault in the ibiza that in winter the hoses on the rear wiper freeze up and pop off, i have had it fixed before when th water was coming out at the passanger foot well but this time its coming out on the drivers side rear wheel well and soaking all the carpet in the boot. I obviously could just take it to the dealer for them to fix under warranty. But is the a simple fix fo this which will no involve the dealer. And from now on i will be sticking to anti freeze and not the 75/25 mix i was using

I use neat screenwash, makes no difference, it still happens, I just don't even try to use the rear screen wash if it is below 1 degree, just got fed up putting the system back together every other day.
Not I've never had the rear footwell problem mind you, I've had the one at the front...

i been using the pink screenwash from halfords since new and haven't had the hose pop off or the nozzles freeze up yet...bought the car 2 years ago now and everythings gd
