Remap recommendations

Hi. Just got myself a 2006 FR 1.8T as a fun little run around and work. Looking to have it mapped(only stage 1) it’s totally standards the min.
I live in Sheffield now and out of touch from the tuning scene, who do people recommend? I don’t mind travelling a bit, Manchester, Leeds etc.
I’m not looking for loads of power anything around 180 I’d be happy with, don’t want to put too much strain on an old engine.
