Removing Bump Strips

okay guys ive got some new colour coded bump strips to put on the car. just wondering the best way to get the old ones off without damaging or scratching the car? the old bump strips doesnt matter too much as im replacing them anyway, just dont wanna damage the car, thanks

think they are just adhesive pads....i got a body shop to do them when he sprayed my news ones...think he just peeled them off, used a heat gun as well.
