mole grips will get them out definatly! they do have blue lock tight on them so maybe the 1 you cant get out has got more on and has seiesed in a bit! wouldnt drill it out as it will take ages on a cordless drill and will eat about 5 drill bits! and you would also have to re tap the thread in the catch unless you have a new 1?

yeah but when u tighten it up, the lock itself can still come out

unless your on about a different bit. Im on about the bit i broke ages ago lol which u said i'd broke it lol

I broke the bit that holds the lock carrier in, the bit that pings off if u unscrew it to far

Fancy getting me one lol

o and rash wehre on about the metal ring around where the lock barrel goes in, if you nock it when yo put it in and the screw is a fraction too loose it breaks :(. Dont understand what bit your on about really, but if I see one I will be sure to steel it for u matey. Iv got a spare lock mechanism, will take a picture later and see if its the bit your on about.

you only undo the handle (gold 25 torx) untill it gives off a little resistance then the barrel will pull straight out. make sure you have the handle in open position when losening

I WILL MAKE A VIDEO! AS ALOT OF PEEPS NEED 1 I THINK!

and the title will be

*HOW NOT TO FCUK A DOOR* :hide:

yer lol. nah it wasnt that mate the cover for the barrel I bought was f**cked so it didnt go in properly hence I batterd it in. I think the handle is a T15 as well mate. Also see why you do the handle now so that it keeps attached to the platic bit lol

you need the cage handle mechanism on the inside of the door skin that HOLDS the handle in position and operates the leaver motion

the pic that guiness has posted up is what i think you needed rosco as the gold screw is in the bottom right of the pic

is the one in the pic guiness the broken 1 or your new 1?
