Hey - I have a Leon Cupra 2008 and have bought the Milltek duplex cat back with 4" exhausts. I'm wondering what to do with the rear bumper:

1. replace the rear bumper with one from the aero-kit (rear bumper only) because it has been cut for duplex exhausts.

2. keep the original rear bumper and cut a hole for the extra exhaust. I'm a little worried about this because the exsisting hole for the oval exhaust is pretty big compared to what is needed for a 4" exhaust.

3. Anyone knows if it's possible to get a diffusor which is uncut from the factory? I have talked with a Seat man here in Denmark and he says they only come cut.

4. Anyone knows if some other company makes replacements diffusors for duplex exhausts for the Leon Cupra to fit the original bumper?

Please help me - thanks :)

A solution could also be painting the aero rear bumper as the original.

Picture is borrowed from www.exo-photo.dk.

Yes - it looks pretty cool. I can see that you have sold your side skirts. Do you still have the aero front and rear bumper mounted on your car? I'm wondering if the rear bumper is lower/closer to ground than the standard rear bumper.

Yes - you are thinking of this diffusor:

but it's already been cut from the factory so without the R32 style cat back it would look a little bit crazy :) I have decided to go with the milltek cat back and Seat aero rear bumper - I'm pretty excited about weather it will look good or bad hehe :-D

I will post some pictures as soon as the car is back from the workshop after an accident because of a female driver!! [:@]

I've fitted a duplex Supersprint system, and cut the rear diffuser to fit, it was a question of making a template from the standard cut out, reversing it, accurately measuring the postion at least 3 times and then cutting it with a Dremel,

Looks ok to me....

Hey Igor - looks nice with your oval exits but I have a cat back with 2x 4" round exits so the exciting hole is too big and it doesn't look better because I have to cut the other hole too big too.

Did you ever get this done? Have you got any high quality pictures of it? How is the paint job?

Thanks!
