Hi guys.

Do you need access to a press to remove the old or fit new bushes?

Thanks in advance,

Mark

yes, but it's probably cheaper & more sensible to buy a new wishbone with the bushes pressed in

then you need a big press

Might be adviseable to get em welded in too depending on the fit.

it's a horrid job though! I failled with a hammer, and a vice

Thanks for the info - is there actually any REAL benefit for Powerflex over OEM? i.e. is it worth the additional (serious) hassle to go for the 'uprated' ones for a daily (albeit 'sporty') driver?

I can get access to a press at work, but want to be sure that it is actually worth the effort before embarking on it...

good, new OE ones will make for a nicer day to day drive. Hard bushes make for nicer handling for the odd occassion you are pushing that bit more.

either will be better than the original ones though!
