Shame you couldn't wrap the cover around the front like I did with mine. Looks good though. The car is coming on really well buddy. How did the door handles turn out? Good colour match?

Cheers mate, yeah I know its that bloody main wire that goes to the headlight that I couldnt budge, so had to cut it short.
They are a perfect colour match thanks to halford's flash red, hardly any orange peel on them either as iv really taken my time.

Looks good mate. :)

Not fitted mine as yet. Take it you removed that big silver sticker? Did yours line up ok with the screw mounts? My ECS one never lined up properly when I had that a while ago.

Thanks to you mate i wouldn't have known about this cover if it wasn't for you ;)

Erm yeah that sticker was nasty. I thought it wasn't going to line up properly but as soon as i put the rubber bit from under the OE cover it fitted nicely :D

That my friend is a very, very, very nice engine bay :)

Congrats, well done :)

Thankyou kind sir, still no where near as good as some peoples bays on here though.

Haha! No worries mate, glad you got one and it's all looking sweet :D

Mine lines up fine on the screw holes, tried it now. But the oil cap is sitting towards the top of the opening so it doesn't line up exactly how I want it. I think I'll get a pic over to Forge on Monday and see if they can send another one out. Bugger! The Porsche cap is a lot smaller than the Forge oil caps, which I believe fill this centre oil cap in the cover almost entirely. I am thinking maybe I should get one of those aswell, lol.

Mine does exactly the same as yours mate, iv held it in place for now until I figure out a more permanent solution. Might be worth getting the forge oil cap but you have to buy that and the coolant one together, and at £80 is steep
Why doesn't anything go smooth

Hmm... I wonder if you could do something with the bracket nearest the left handside at the back by the charge pipe where the cover slots onto?

I will email Forge on Monday and see what they say bud.
