this was taken today at a local RR session

the car in question is a mk3 ibiza with revo stg1 , a forge fmic , and a powerflow cat back system , standard airbox , as u can see torque seems ok , its the bhp level, it doesnt seem to climb , but maintains its level along the rev range , an another mk3 with k03s and upsolute made 238 ft/lb and 220bhp today also ,

opinions , also different n75s were tried back to back , with the J , it made 198 and 248 ftlb

its not stoney's mike, looks like stevens? my car goes well and each time i went to ecc it came out low, just making 202 brake(always around the 240lb/f mark) on the second occasion even with fmic etc included. theres a lot of people worried about their cars now after going there, im a novice at how RRs actually work so cant say anything other than they use a standard load point of 8% which seems strange to me.

Why does the power run only start at 3.4k? and why run it all the way to 7k? The powerband is useless after 6k.

simon yea this was another point i want to raise,
this is mine from a while ago comparing the c and j n75's, they seem to be starting the run quite high compared to others.

Thats my graph, and i have the forge fmic, the car feels alot faster that 198bhp but i think that could be cause of the very flat curve

t7 or willie mcvicker are the only two that ive been happy with (my opinion and other cars on the day felt was about right, in other words no big surprises) maybe a small rr day down there would be an idea (i can ask about getting stage 2 reflashed too!)

yep gault would get my vote , he doesnt offer any kind of wholesale remap for vag cars so has no product to push by tweeking the results , so should be fair , plus i need a word with that man;) [B)]

exactly flash its a bit strange that figures for non vag motors seem fine usually but load request engines are a lottery and not just to a few bhp +- either.

;) you took the words out of my mouth :)

the k03s log sounds good, although id expect more torque woith the k03s.

but the first one is odd, hopefully alot of us have an RR day booked on the same rollers (not these ones), will be interesting
