Ive changed the N75 valve have had a couple of split hoses thought that would do it but tonight it started doing it again can anyone help PLEASE!!!

Coulld be a number of things. Get it on VAGCOM.

Give it a good service, Change the spark plugs do a boost leak test.

Depending on where you are, someone on here should be able to help you.

have you taken it to a specialist?
chances are the fault could be found and without you just throwing random parts on at your expence... (too late now for you, but instead of poke and hope parts, get it looked at.)

where in the country are you?

If you're in Norfolk, I can recommend AP Tuning in Lenwade. Gary, the owner runs a Time Attack car and is well versed in sorting big power turbos!

yeah im in Norfolk...any idea what he charges im starting to run outta cash, have you any contact details??

Same with mine!! Have changed, coilpacks, spark plugs, N75, maf, coolant temp sensor, new 007p dump valve! Full service! No fault codes! Doing my tits in thinking about getting rid of it! Wouldn't care it's only done 41k!!

Was it the actuator in the end?

I've got the same symptoms. Boost is erratic, even when driving slowly in 1st and 2nd gear, it sounds like there is a massive build of vacuum pressure and then it'll get dumped and the car will jurk big time.

It also stutters when I floor it, 3rd, 4th and 5th.

I got quite a few codes come up when I checked it with a vag-com included map sensor faulty, maf sensor faulty, coolant temp sensor, n249 issue which I have now bypassed.

Havn't changed any sensors yet as I want to figure out what's going on, driving me nuts as I can't drive it normally, have to go proper slow in 1st and 2nd otherwise itll just build up pressure and then dump it for no reason.

Only thing I've got on the car is turbo back exhaust with decat and a cupra intercooler.

Cheers,

Danny

Got the forge actuator delivered on Saturday, just waiting for someone to fit it and set it up for me. Will keep you posted when I get it done
