I've had an Sachs organic clutch fitted to my remapped Cupra for a while now and haven't had even the slightest hint of clutch slip, great bit of kit, running it in gently was a pain in the ass though.
Do you know if you bought an organic or sinthered drive disc as a sinthered disc will coarse judder in first gear as it`s a very on/off type of clutch.
At the time (one of those rare unresearched purchases - ) I was led by the advice of Allards who simply list the clutch plate as a "performance sports clutch". It is in fact a Helix plate, part number :- 783311.
Its (IIRC) 5 paddles and I believe, organic! It has always juddered on initial start off but now its getting noisy too (bit like a wooden chair leg scraping across a polished floor) as you lift off the clutch.
If it`s an everday road car and you don`t intend to push it over 250 bhp i wouldn`t even think about fitting anything else then a DMF with organic disc but thats MY opinion.
Mine is exactly that 5 paddle item you managed to get a pic for. Damn! It worked at stopping anything slipping though so I s'pose it managed that much at least.
I reckon I'll be headed the DMF/Organic route for the next one then!
