sai pump removal question

hi all i am just wondering if the eml will come on because i have removed the sai pump even though the sai valve is still fitted? cheers

I never had the eml come on on my car after removing the sai pump and i never used a resistor like some have. It will throw a soft code though along the lines of "incorrect flow detected".

so doesn't that mean the light will come on because of the fault code?

ive done all bypasses on mine mate and left valve in too . but my resistors have arrived so i might have a play today. and make my own clanking plate as ive found some nice thick sheet metal lurking in shed lol
