love the skirts they look great, so did they just get bolted on over the sill? Think alot of people have not got skirts cos apparently it limits how low you can drop the car on coilovers. Hmmm may get some at some point they are overpriced IMO thou.

update: ditched the chome, and repainted the badge and surround in anthrecite to match the other grills and also redone the red aound the S to match the cars red :D

cheers , i think next on the schedule is new door speakers, then maybe get coilovers and maybe look at new tyres then i gotta be done!!!!

Okay sounds good. Well I think they look smart most times someone says they are getting side skirts I think for some reason they will be huge and over styled OTT but these are nice and would cover the mark the stupid jack left on my car when it slipped!

Whenever I need inspiration for my car when I get spare monies, I always look at this thread. Yours doesn't just look good for a 1.2, it looks good period!

 lmao cheers dude, i appreciate everyones comments, and as much as i know i've spent a fortune on it, at least i know the money has made it worthwhile....even if i never make it back , but hey "whats the point in living if u cant feel alive".....

then you got to save for big brakes and new engine and gearbox :D

hmmmm see i have thought about doing this i mean like seriously, but apparently when u try tell the insurance about an engine transplant it would be dearer to insure the cupra transplanted engine....than insure a standard cupra , so i dno maybe just try save for a 130 engine or something, whatever is insurable, or save for a new car for a couple of years, i think if i did an engine conversion i would have more troubles with the car than a horse can 5h1t3.....

oh thats understandable then i always thought it would go in the custom car bracket with insurance.
maybe it would if you put a turbo charged hyabusa engine in it lol.
130 is deffinatly a good choice as much as i love my car i somtimes ask myself wether i should have gone down the diesel route as i think tax and stuff is going up on mine very soon :( which im not happy about ive always been a petrol fan but i know the day will come when i own a diesel so im enjoynig the petrol engines while im still young.
