service indicator "spanner"

Can someone please tell me how to reset the service indicator spanner symbol that appears in the odometer display when you turn the ignition on?

I'm sure it IS in the manual, but I don't have one.

If it makes any difference the car is a 2006 (56) Ibiza DAB Sport...

Hold the trip computer reset button in with the ignition off then turn it on whilst still holding the button in
Something like --- should appear to show it's reset

If it doesn't work I can check the manual when I get home but that sounds about right.
