It sounds like it's going to be fun putting my new Forge actuator on a car that is 7psi down on requested. Will the requested remain the same no matter what position the actuator is in? Is it a case of adjusting it until the car is boosting at what it should? What if the actuator isn't at fault? Will it be obvious it's something else? Sorry if I'm hijacking the thread.

If your car is requesting too little, I wouldn't have thought that would be down to a physical fault on the actuator.

usually 6 boost (new SPS3) and 4 for 95UL and 6 for 98/99UL on timing

Cheers mate, good to know. Have no idea what its at now though as it was ages ago now that you installed the ECU. Car runs a treat though as is :)

Peaks at 1.45bar (21psi) and holds at around 0.9bar (13psi) in 4th & 5th. I'm sure it used to hold a bit higher than that but meh, at least its running :)

logged N75 duty cycle? Is it trying hard? (although the blummin block numbers eluding me at the mo.... senior moment)

I thought maybe the N75 is 70% because it's not reaching the boost it's mapped for. Any help is much appreciated.
