I fitted the neuspeed shifter last week, its a superb bit of kit, very well engineered. Better quality than this forge stuff and does a great job, has a nice weighted feel.

That short shift looks just like my Neuspeed one......but for £20
Has anyone tried this? It says genuine part so does that mean it comes as standard on some Golfs maybe??
Short shift means moving the pin over to the right as in the pic below

I had a Forge item fitted today. Wow
Not sure how I've managed without one for 2 years. It's great

Took me about 1-2 weeks to really master the changes but now it just feels awesome!! No notchyness at all.
I believe that is the TT shifter that the golf boys use for a shorter throw IIRC we already got that?

I think i might go for it on my LCR. Loos like it should fit. If no-ones got one, ill let you know what its like once its in.
