Socket Required!

Hey People!

I am after a socket to take off the nut that is on the end of the driveshaft that keeps the CV joint locked onto the hub. Anyone know what size and style socket i need as i've yet to take it all apart and wanted to buy the socket ready for the weekend! Help would be appreciated!

just go to a good tool shop with the car. pop the wheel centre off and get them to match it

Think you need a 36mm 12 edge socket.

Been pretty well covered, I posted up the info a little while ago.

As said 36mm 12 sided socket but must be thin walled to get in there.

Genuine one from SEAT isn't mega expensive.
