I'm expecting that we'll have to pay for our better/other half to go in with us - hence the info on tickets BUT if SEAT did offer a free reide PLUS a free entry ticket for the partner (or our lad in my case) then I would be over the moon twice!!!

Is it worth asking them and haggling PLEASE???

I thought I'd amuse you with this one.....

If I had a choice of driver it would be Yvan, last year I used to refer to him as that garlic-smelling French twat Muller, but now I affectionately address him as 'Yvan'.

Made me laugh, as I must have said that to Z just the other day

I would quite happily pay for all the tickets for me and the Mrs for the entire weekend just to have a passenger ride with a wtcc driver around Brands. What a freebie.

FIA World Touring Car Championship
Brands Hatch
Saturday 20 May 2006

TICKETS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE ON THE GATE

This May, the best saloon car racers from around the world will converge on Brands Hatch as once again the evocative Kent track makes motor racing history. The World Touring Car Championship makes its first visit to the Brands Hatch Grand Prix circuit for one of the British motorsport events of the year.

The championship features the usual bumper-to-bumper racing you’d expect from touring cars, but with a truly international flavour, both in terms of cars and drivers. Former BTCC champions Gabriele Tarquini, Alain Menu, Rickard Rydell and James Thompson all competed in the 2005 WTCC and Yvan Muller joins them this year. The current World Champion Andy Priaulx and former F1 star Alex Zanardi will be among the favourites.

With machines from BMW, SEAT, Chevrolet, Ford, Alfa Romeo and Honda, a full grid is expected for two spectacular races at Brands Hatch in May.

Everything you need to know about the FIA World Touring Car Championship can be found by visiting our mini-site at www.motorsportvision.co.uk/wtcc

Roughly 40+ (except for the people that get discounted straight away)

and the people that sent me the same email 3 times (CH1) :D
Really sorry 'bout that its not what it seems like honest! I went back on my browser to save as a draft and the stupid thing ended up sending the e-mail to you again. I thought of sending an e-mail to explain but then thought that will probably add to the bulk!

He joined the commentary at Oulton during the second Formula BMW race and, from what was said then, I don't think he will be racing. Some sort of achilles problem.
