Spraying RS4 wheels.

Right I bought some 17" RS4 rep wheels the other day and I've put them on my car and well I'm not happy with them. But I saw them on another Ibiza the other day and they were black but it looked very nice so what I am planning to do is refurb them and spray them like a charcole grey not sure yet? Anyway does anybody have any tips on how to spray the wheels etc because this will be the first time I've done it
