Hey,

I've had search but struggling to find the info i need...

I just want to know at what pressure should the standard k03 actuator begin to open?

I've made a small test rig up, and mines beginning to open at 0.5bar (7psi), is that correct?

Thanks

EZT :)

usually 5-7psi... you will find the effective opening pressure if you electrically disconnect the n75 valve and drive and look at your gauges

cheers bill.

Yeh disconnecting my N75 was my first thought, but my gauges are under the stereo, and i've tried watching them whilst driving before... not good lol.

Instead i used a large syringe, a small pressure gauge and some fittings i found at work :)

so what would happen if you disconneted the n75 and adjusted the wastegate to say 15psi like a stg 1 map. ??? could the n75 be made redundant, does a map allow for such boost in lower gears etc?

limp mode is what will happen...
there is no where near that level of adjustment in a std actuator, couple or three psi max I think
