are you able to change the steering wheel in a mk2 ibiza for a later one from mk3 or mk 4?

Ive Seen the Whole Dash/Interior From A Mk3 Cupra In A MK2, So yeah. .
Id Love to do this, But havent got the Time. I Might Just Switch My Mk3 Steering Wheel As it just a 20min Job lol
