Stuck at searching for updates

I recently got a 2020 SEAT Leon FR, and im loving it so far.. One problem im having is that im unable to update the car. It's just Stuck, searching for updates and gets Nowhere. It's running version 1672, so the software is quite old.

How do I fix this?

You need to ask a dealer to update you to the later firmware, this can't be done OTA.
