I am looking for new suspension for my 03 leon cupra. Iv been looking at a few products...and wanted some feedback.

Especialy on koni FSD shocks ect. Article says they are a perfect compromise between ride comfort and road holding. Is it true. My last car..bmw mini had coilovers on..handled superbly, but was way to stiff and became very anoying.

I want the car to stay comfortable. But also handle well. Any reviews on these?

Yermother has just had some of the FSDs fitted on his LCR.

There are a couple of suspension threads knocking around at the moment that may be of help. :)

Hi just got this email from Beverley at Leda

For the fronts:
2 x front struts, coilover type @ £270
2 x Eibach coil springs @ £50.52 each

For the rears:
2 x adjustable dampers @ £125 each
2 x rear coil springs @ approx £50 each.

This is the ideal set up for a road car, and also for track days etc. It is very easy to adjust, and the adjustment range is huge.

I hope that helps, again, please come back to me of you have further questions.

Best regards
Beverley

Hi Beverley, thanks for your reply I would like details & costs for a uprated suspension for normal road use for a Seat Leon Cupra R 2004 plate please

Alan

Dear Allan,

Yes, we do suspension and brakes for the Seat Cupra typeR.
We can build you a fully adjustable oil kit, right through to a 3-way gas adjustable kit with remote canisters.
Is the car for road use only, or do use use it for tracks days or competition. If you can let me know, I can recommend the best type of set-up for you.
Obviously, funds will play a part too, as a top of the range kit could cost upwards of £2000.

My colleague, Matthew Stephens at TopStar Marketing will get back to you with prices for the brake parts.

I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

Best regards
