yeah just given GSF a call they are saying approx £10 each
£6 for rubber £2 something for bearings
so going to pop in on way to gym from work tonight as its right next door.

job finally done and finsished 4 hours in the dark after work

1 New top mount and bearings cost me £12-50

I have finally worked out why i was having so much difficulty removing them in the first place too.
The spring compressors i have mean that the threaded bar moves up the spring so there for hits the top of turret and brings the spring down so i cant lift the spring up.

So my word of warning would be to make sure you have the reverse
