Yeah mate handling wad a major issue. Need the bushes doing and decent coilovers. Also the tx struggled in track conditions as the charge temps and why temps got very high.

Yep I plan to get these issues sorted and do a full open track day. I'll be very interested if you guys do one.

Yeah I don't want to roll onto the track without the polybushing done, going for the full superpro kit soon. I now have a bigger fmic, but would be keen to see how it does on track.. Many people have gone for oil coolers for track use but not really looked into them.

I would expect temps to soar though on these days especially with our turbo lumps, lol..

Should be a bit warmer than previous days ;)

Oil cooler as well mate before brands. Shouldn't be too bad doing one of these 20min ones without a oil cooler but would rather get it done to be safe rather than sorry. Temps on track rise dramatically

Saying that the oil temps did go pretty high and I have considered an oil cooler too. My liquid gauge really came in handy whilst on track.

I'll try and come to the rolling road day but I might be going V fest as I have tickets ,but not totally decided on whether to go or not yet.

I started making a shopping list, not expensive getting all the parts but fitting might bump it up if you get a garage to fit it. Front bumper needs to come off in order to put it in the ideal place

Harris sod the festival and come to the rolling road day ;) we will make it like a festival so best of both worlds

My OE mapped LCR hit 120 degree oil temp on track on a cool day
Oil coolers are definitely worth the investment, baffled sump is too
If you look on the 'other' seat forum AKS is doing a group buy on replica seatsport ones if 5 are intersted but so far only 2 of us are on the list

I've got an oil temp gauge so will defo be watching it on track, no doubt it will sky rocket even on a 20min session round Brands.

So you're coming to the RR day yeah? :)

Cool, send me over the list mate ;)

And agree on Harris comment!

Consider a baffled sump as well.

Indeed, been looking today.

Not interested in the group buy as yet mate. End of the year start of next I think it'll be time to get those bits together so I can hit the track early into next season.

Front Neuspeed ARB is on and the drive home was good, felt tighter from the off and then I hit the twisties, very planted, and on a roundabout I come off the M25 on there was very little roll at all as the car ate up the road as I turned in for the corner. Very impressed! Nice to have both arbs and braces done now. Only handling mods left are full polybushing and an LSD lol..

Great service by AmD as usual :)

Also good to catch up with James (Doctor Gonzo) and George Seamons was nice to meet you mate. Car sounded sweet as! Hope you had a safe but enjoyable drive home with the stage 2 loaded ;)

Good to meet you guys too! Had a very good morning. Car feels much stronger now, really pulls hard mid range like you said. Still got a tiny bit of flutter in 5th and 6th, but its not as bad as it was...will get a new N75 ordered when I get back from holiday.
Only thing that slightly annoyed me was my engine light came on after 100 miles or so, which I presume is the lambda again, my car obviously didn't like the code either! Can I ask where you got your spacer from, and how much it was?

Your car was looking very good, pretty much how I want mine to look, best get saving!

Good to catch up with you both earlier, bit of a shame about the lamba EML george, this is the one i've got. Its not cheap but i hear it works (mines not fitted yet)

Get that N75 on order, hopefully that will sort it out.

T0m.. sounds like the ARB has tied it all together nicely, must feel much more balanced now. I love that roundabout off the M25, only been around it twice and i remember it. :)

Good to hear she's pulling well mate. New N75 should certainly help, definitely improved mine alright :)

My spacer doesn't fit :( I'd send you the link but it won't work mate. The Awesome GTI one will fit but it's £29.99, mine was about £6 off ebay, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Cheers for the comment, the car isn't quite where I want it but nearly there.

This is the spacer I think I will get mate. :)

And yeah, drove the car again this morning after a blast last night and it feels superb. Really tight at the front and rear now, as you say, balanced is the word. Really liking it. Would like to know what it'll be like if I get it polybushed completely and add an LSD, could make the LCR quite a weapon..

Good work on the front arb mate. Getting ready for a good track blast me thinks ;)

Cheers my fellow TED Tuner. Yeah the track time should be fun :)
