Taking delivery today!

Hi all,

Just returning to SEAT ownership after a few years of VW's - had two Ibiza's in 2001 (blue 1.6 sport then got a red cupra) - was on here years ago as Chris_20vt then disappeared off the scene.

After succumbing to the loveliness of an Exeo Sport hire car a few weeks ago I placed an order for a black ST SE Lux 170 - and it gets delivered today!!

Will post some photos when I've taken some - kid at christmas springs to mind!

Been on its maiden voyage up the road to Newcastle and back - not far - but was brilliant!

And as sad as it may be, I was grinning like a cheshire cat when I discovered the rear lights were LEDs

Off down to Oxfordshire in it tomorrow so that will be a good first long run - will report back on mpg's and stuff after!

Great for long trips up and down the A1 that's for sure

And it's nice to be able to surprise people when you put the foot down It's as near as dammit as fast as my old 20vt ibiza!

I'll stick some better pictures up when I get a chance to take some.

0-60 and top end is good soooo is mpg just little better than my LCR haha, got a good rating on "whatcar" and ive not seen one on the road yet!!
