hahaha I've got that water hose kit sat in my room too, iirc the rear brakes provide about 30% of overall braking power, so not a majority but a fair wedge and you will notice a difference with new ones fitted.

she's ok now we got most things booked, just need to stop spending on car to pay for it all

How about... you tie the knot IN the car, that way you can spend more on it and say it's for the wedding day

Then you can get the remap and say it's so you can get to the airport for the honeymoon faster
