Sounds like a nice gain. I think with a resonated miltek and forge induciton the car will sound a lot less wrung out top end.

Having spoken with Kris again today (they like to keep me updated) it looks like they are going to try the twintercooler idea out as removing the standard intercooler means there is nothing to mount the radiator etc to. This idea has been tried and tested on the Leon etc and shows good gains so ill be interested to see what they come up with.

mmm yeah, wanna see what the gearbox does with all this extra power............... I am thinking these boxes could probably take more abuse than we reckon.

Intercoolers are more for intake temps than offering huge power, they work in toethe with the other mods mentioned and would make a nice stage 2 :D

Yeah unless The standard intercooler is restrictive then uprating it on its own wont net a great deal, but we shall see, before and after testing is being done. Interestingly enough when Forge made a bigger IC for the Leon it made no gains over a standard item, but when they added the twintercooler and retested it showed a gain. Something to do with pressure, ill get some technical info on it at some point.

Techie, are you able to fit those skirts and spoiler by your self or do you need any special skills or tools?

Depends how handy you are. The spoiler is just bonded on, the skirts bond along the top and then screw at either end and underneath.

The spoiler comes with a tube of bonding stuff.

Not sure how good it is, as I haven't fitted mine yet, but my dealer told me to use windscreen bond instead as the SEAT stuff takes ages to set.
