Some of the blurb from the listing and from speaking to the previous owner combined.

I purchased this car standard after searching for a while. It has been my second car and only used on weekends. Hence the low yearly mileage of around 2,000 over the last few years. It has now benefited from the following.
• Forged engine - IE rifle drilled rods, standard pistons and Supertech exhaust valves. Cambelt and waterpump fitted at the same time. Approx 4k miles ago.
• Mamba K04 hybrid turbo setup - covered approx 3k miles
• R Tech tuned to 330 BHP with print out - Power reduced to this to aid with traction
• 3" Milltek turbo back exhaust system with decat
• Airtec Front mount intercooler
• Neuspeed 28mm rear anti roll bar
• JOM coil over suspension
• DW65 fuel pump
• Bosch 550cc injectors
• Ram Air induction kit with heat shield
• R8 TFSI coilpacks
• 4 bar fuel pressure regulator
• SFS oversized turbo intake pipe
• PCV delete with Michi oil catch can installed
• Pro4 exhaust manifold - ported to turbo to aid flow
• LUK clutch kit fitted at time of rebuild
• M Tec drilled & grooved discs front & rear Ferodo DS2500 front pads & Brembo rear pads all covered approx 3k miles
After all modifications were complete, it was then tuned by Niki Gower @ RTech performance in Nuneaton. If you know anything about the 1.8t engines, you’ll know he’s one of the best in the game when it comes to tuning these engines.
I have probably missed some spec from this listing but you get the idea, all parts were brand new and fitted by myself.
Private plate will be removed. Back on to WF04ZLZ.
The car drives as it should with no unwanted noises. Serviced twice a year. The ride is quite hard due to
coilovers but this did not affect me as it is a weekend car that has done 2,000 miles each year.
Paint work could do with some attention. As with all red VW group cars of this age, lacquer peel has begun. The affects the door handles and bonnet/bumper. Easily rectified though and you will have a great example that will surprise a lot of cars on the road.
