Sounds about right! An increase in 80lb/ft torque would mean he would have 310lb/ft... I'd get that limited to 300lb/ft by the mapper just to be on the safe side (The clutch is only rated to 300lb/ft)

No worries

Ermm... Don't boot it below 2500rpm or you'll start to damage the clutch/flywheel. The usual bushes to Cupra bushes. Nothing really much else.. PD engines are pretty solid
