what is the standard tyre size?? looking at get 17"s - shouldnt be too bad should it??

Standard 17's on the Ibiza come with 205/40/17 as mentioned.

there is a local car parts store that i think should have most of the filters (going to go down tomorrow and ask) but anywere on the internet that you guys know of??

lol, yeah 5W30 Fully synthetic is what's needed. Would shop around though because that is extortion! I have 5W30 Fully synthetic Castrol Magnatec (it's one down from edge)

that is repairing the accident damage....getting a new bonnet, headlight & FR bumper

still not sure whether to get FR or Cupra

I personally don't like the Cupra one. The black plastic areas by the fog lights look ugly....

FR is way nicer.
