You can run them yes, but if they were to put an open cone and do logs before and after, I think they'd be surprised.

So not TOTALLY standard. They are quieter with the flapper closed. But yes - I love the noise!

whats 'the flapper mod'?
There's a butterfly valve in the exhaust that opens fully on full throttle. Works on a vacuum. If you block the vacuum pipe, it keeps the flapper open all the time so it's vocal even when driving carefully!
You can put it onto a switch, but I dont see the point.

The wheels will arrive at the refurbishers on Monday!
They are off the car and I'm rolling around on a mates set of R32 wheels (also in need of a refurb! 
) So by next weekend, my wheels will be back on!
My front bumper could do with a paint as it's had a bit of a diy jobby done on it, it's not bad if you stand back and look, but if you know where you're looking and how close to look, you can see it.
I was gonna get the wheels done then do the bumper, but I think this months pay packet will be quite nice compared to others.....so I think the Milltek might have to leapfrog the bumper being sprayed and get that while I can afford it, then do the bumper on a not so great waged month!
