nick,
sos to go off topic, but i will ask a very naive question....what does your car drive like on air?, obviously it wont handle as well as coilovers but is the ride as good as standard?, only asking because of the arb comment you made...

also i love your old BBS wheels, i want a set, but where i live they would get nicked...i would need 4 locking wheel nuts on every wheel..

btw your car looks the mutts nuts..

yer but ur cheating dude haha

cheating kinda but i do drive it just as low as you boys on coilovers if not lower! :p

but then i can still get into my drive and into work which does come handy!!

As for the handling! people who have been in the car have ben amazed at handling! I can push it as hard as i want into the corners! just occasionally goes sideways cos the tyres eventually cant hold, then they smoke and squeeel!! put your foot down and off we go again :)

Pretty much as good as coilovers, i have damping adjustment on the front end and soon on the rear end, currently standard shocks on the rear. ARBs are being replaced just for more clearance on the driveshafts!

as I see this is a bit of a picture whoring thread, here is mine;)

not doubting you that you ride it low dude but mine is nearly same as urs when the air is all the way down lol , my splitter probs sits about 5-10mm higher than yours and your bumper sits lower :D

but like you say air is so much more practical

Admittedly mine needs to go lower at the back but, Im having camber issues on the front. Once thats sorted out and the wheels are refurbed I should be able to change to coilies, lower more and end up with more stance than wizbit ;)

A couple of mine, lowered about 55mm on Bilstein PSS9 coilies & 15mm rear spacers...

Would like to go lower (don't we all!) but speed bumps where I live make me replace my splitter nearly every month!!

haha would love to see you drive as low as my on full drop! aint gonna happen!

you have 5mm clearance on the subframe and driveshafts are pressed hard on the chasis rails! rear tyres are touching hard on the arches :) front bumper is soon to go lower! hopefully touch the floor as i'm notching my chasis to allow the driveshafts clearance! think they're currently holding the body up on full drop :) hehe

Thought my stance should be worth while :)
She is on air but i do drive it pretty dam low!
Chasis is booked in to get notched and new ARB's coming soon after!
