WE HAVE ALREADY SAID, that we feel totally for Alex and the situation she finds herself in, but it is a classic your word against theirs, and this is a very PUBLIC forum with a wide reach. BUT WE ARE NOT SOLICTORS or CITIZENS ADVICE, and we are most definately not a NATIONAL CAR MAGAZINE or the BBC's WATCHDOG, they tend to have big pots of money behind them, and they can take the legal threats with a pinch of salt.
