Throttle body alignment

Does any one know if this can be done on the cupra?
my car is sluggish and i know my mk1 used to respond well to having its tba done.

Hmmm the words 'dealer' and 'Hopefully' are seen together MUCH more commonly....

well took it into the stealers , asked them about a tba.
might as well being talking in spanish

in the morning with the car stone cold put the key in the on position leave it there for 45secs to 1 min until you hear every electrial whine stops the turn on the car, and you will have your TBA done by yourself

That is not basic settings........that is just a pausibility check!

Need 5051 to erase the learnt values and reintroduce them!

afaik this zero all tb values and realigns it but what do i know

upon ignition, it opens the throttle fully and then releases it....same for turbo wastegate control, variable intake and EGR.

If any of them miss the stored values, thats when you get fault codes stored! - just a plausibility check! ;-)
