Throttle Body - Torque setting/thread lock?

Can some one please confirm the torque settings for the TB bolts and also if they need thread lock?

I think it might be 17lbft.

I just unscrewed them cleaned the TB with carb cleaner and did the bolts back up as tight as I could.

I use a hex T bar and get them hand tight, no leaks at that level.

Same here but also put a fresh TB gasket on as well as there dead cheap!

yeah I got a gasket from Sere Motors with some other service items it was only £1 or something silly like that...

Just wanted to make sure that I didn't over tighten and thought thread lock might be required as the engine will vibrate loads...

Throttle body bolts up to intake manifold, which is ally...
Dont overtighten them, as its easy to rip the threads out. Just nip them up nicely.
Have a look when the bolts come out... If theres a retaining compound on there already, put some threadlock on during reassembly.

... for anyone ready this thread at a later date there is thread lock on the bolts when you take them out (green in colour). I put some thread lock back on and did them up with a T-Bar Hex key (size 5 i think) hand tight and then gave them a final tweak with a litle more force.
