Regarding the size of the cooler, what you've got to think is, this is a single pass. Basically, the twin pass ones, are like having two coolers, one on top of each other. If you were to put them side to side, there wouldn't be much difference in the cooling surface. Intake temps are no different to with the old cooler. I can run a slightly bigger cooler if needs be, and it will match up to the pipes perfect. No need as of yet though.

Also got a pair of Sparco harnesses, but there not going in just yet.
 
The harnesses are 3 points. The two lap belt points will be mounted where the lower seatbelt fixing is, and where the socket part of the seatbelt is mounted. The 3rd point will be on the rear bench, as whenever the harnesses are in, the rear seats wont be.

What have you done about the airbag wires etc?

Standard seats are so poor haha

Fortunately, mine doesn't have airbags in the seats. From what I read though, its as simple as sticking a resistor in the wiring though.

I see you done the new TIP. Notice any difference? I am thinking just make the turbo spool smoother?
 
Cheers Maz. Erm, induction noise has increased, and power delivery is extremely smooth now. Very responsive compared to what it was like. Its a very tight squeeze in the ibiza's engine bay though!
