Yeh a lot happier to be fair. A lot more turbo whistle, and its a lot more petrol sounding now too.
Right, been and got a video of the new exhaust earlier.

Dont think videos ever do noises justice really. Will be good to hear it if you're running at GTI international - if you're going that is.

Major update time!
Well its been a while since ive done any big mods, so naturally i had to go all out on this one.
First up a new intercooler.
SEAT Sport with forge pipework:
Previously had a Forge FMIC, but decided to upgrade futher, for reasons which will become clear.
I then took it to a helpfull bloke in Leeds for some more goodies.
Im now:
The power figures?
233.3bhp and 385ft/lbs.
Not bad for a 5 door
Also got another toy on order for the car.
Hopefully by the weekend after this, I should have a Devils Own water/meth injection kit. Hoping this will clear up a bit of the smoke and at the same time boost power.

what turbo did you go for... pressume pd150?? new or used....

I expect a bit more power with the meth, but as for bedding in, doubt it.
Went for a brand new stage 2 PD150 hybrid from Turbo Dynamics.
Was working shift for 3 month 12 on 2 off, so quite a bit of work to sort the money and do it all at once.
Just read through the whole thread, awesome story. Do you have a number for the place you got your zorst done? As i live pretty local (scunthorpe) and that sounds the nuts.
