i looked into this ages ago...i think the reason why its one use only is because it works in kind of a "cut and paste" method...so it takes the settings from the KW100 and puts them onto the car...and i believe it does the opposite if you ever wanted to remove the settings (not sure why you'd do that tho lol)

So what happens if you want to leave the windows open?! (To stop the car getting too hot on a summers day).

the controller for central locking - the base code should list under soft.coding
try the number in the decoder and add/minus what options you want
then recode in advance functions (WRITE DOWN YOUR ORIGINAL)
never tried it on anything but a TT so @ your own risk and you may find options can't be activated anyway

no, it closes the windows and locks a single click, think a double lock press will not arm alarm or lock windows..... i think, but single press def closes them
im sure i have read that press and hold lock will leave the windows in the same place (also read that lock and boot buton together will do this)

yeah, i did, no go im affraid.
the module needs to have the extra software which is what the kvw and the programming method does

well recieved my KVW100 today and tried it and it DOESNT work. Al i get are one long beep then about a 25 second silence then loads of contstant beeps (approx 3 per second) and it didnt work. tried it again and still nothing.
This is on a MK4 fr with standard alarm etc
any ideas people!??
