How do mate im just doing some research into Porsche wheels for mine.

Did you know yours arent "Twist" ? They are 996 Turbo wheels..... see difference below im sad, I know.

Was wondering why yours looked different to the others ive seen

Yeah Matt I new they were 996 Turbo's but still thought they were called twist's, happier now though I prefer "996 turbo" over "Twist's" haha.

If I was looking again I'd try and find the Mille Miglia Cups that were made in a 5x100 as seen on JMS's LCR

TBH they are both called Turbo's in Dub circles.
As they both come off turbo's

Like my mine are either called A8 Parabols or Audi Fat Fives, but some people call the Audi TT Comps "fat fives" which they are not, they are TT Comps lol

UPDATE OF SORTS:

Wheel coming off for winter, I don't want the adaptors getting any salt/crap in them so I will be giving the OEM wheels a refurb and slapping them on November some time.

Then get to work on the Turbo wheels new look and maybe tweak/paint some bits to match what I have planned in my head.

Just a tidy up really for spring.

Well after the R/R yesterday @ Awesome GTI I'm in two minds for the LCR.

996 wheels are coming off for winter so I don't get salt in the adaptors and am currently giving the OEM Ronals a coat of Meteor Grey before they go back on

Now I am undecided whether to keep the 996 wheels or with the sale funds go stage 2 and keep OEM Ronals on it.

I am swinging towards them going in favor of some new engine editions

So once the wheels sell I will be purchasing the following:

1: Pipewerx 3" DP and decat/race cat (need to decide)
2: FMIC either Forge or TX autosport (again need to decide)
3: Revo stage 2 upgrade

Then long term it will be a diff, clutch and then some comp mo's or tarmacs.

Was yesterday that did it, craving the same power as my Alfa was. I'm same as my R32 now but the Alfa has 12bhp on me haha.

Ronals sat in my living room keeping warm till I can get them put back on.
